I have 3 certificate encrytion keys since the infection. Files with the original key can't be opened, moved, renamed. When I add other keys to the file or try to remove one it says you must have write and read permissions. Is a way to add the newest encryption key? I've tried but an error says I need to modify rights which I do.

I am aware of the drive temps and free space. I have new drives coming for backups and to migrate some things. My main concern is the access denied on encrypted files. WMPNetwork Svc is a group or user name with the Security tab of the properties for the encrypted files.
