50,000 for each flat i.e. Rs 1 Lakh total, from the commission they get from the Builder (Godrej Infinity) once the agreement is done. We had got the agreement registered in April 2017. After multiple followups the agent has provided only 40,000 INR for each flat, i.e.

Rs 80,000 total. Stating that we are liable to pay Rs. 10,000 TAX for each flat. As per my understanding, the agent should give us two TDS certificate of amount Rs 10,000, to the owner of the two flat.

The boys were studying in the nearby university. The flat was taken on rent from 20 Jun 2016, after paying a security deposit of Rs 80,000 as asked for by the owner. The flat was vacated on 27 Aug 2017 after giving a month's notice as per the rental agreement. The flat was rented though a rental agency, OMR Rentals located at Padur, Chennai. When the flat was handed over to us, the inventory that was made was not very detailed. But when we handed over the flat on 27 Aug 2017, the same rental agency prepared a detailed inventory, claiming all sorts of damages, even for fitments that were in in working condition. Because of the recommendations of the agency, the owner of the flat delayed the return of the security deposit of Rs 80,000 for more than 40 days after the flat was vacated and till date, has still not returned Rs 4000 for unspecified reasons.

Upon asking the builders office they tell me to complete the final deposit payment and in 3 days the flat will be completed and the registration can be done. Also got mutation and after that our plot no. It is gharabari plot. However, not getting possession or demarkation of our land either through the vendor or through the Tahashil office. Filed demarkation request in Jatni tahashil office and they also issued demarkation order letter. However, after meeting tahashildar, he expressed his inability to do the demarkation in absence of complete sub-plot layout map on the 276 revenue plot from the company.

Now in this situation we are complete hopeless regarding our land. Dont know how to get it demarketted and get the possession. Landowner gives permission to construct one block in 'MAYAINDRARASTHA', but he construct two blocks, and sale without signature of Landowner.Also he didn't give Landowner share.Landowner lodge the Complaint.That FIR No.239/2014.

He purchase the lawyers and everyone.In BDA plan approval also makes his name only. Without Landowner signature how can it possible BDA officers also involve this cheating.The Builder arbitrator or advocate name is Mr.Kiran S.Javali.Without any information the arbitrator award the case.

I paid builder 20% and availed loan for 80% through Bank. The registration was done for 9lakh, and bank loan was for 7,20,000 INR, Bank released 5,50,000 to the Builder and held back 1,70,000 for builder to submit OC to the bank.

OC was issued by CIDCO in 2012 but we were not informed about the same and builder didn't even submit it to the bank. This year with the help of RTI, I could manage to get OC from NMMC. Now I asked builder to issue me possession letter as I want to sell the flat, but builder is demanding for balance amount held by bank (1,70,000). I asked builder to send a demand letter to bank and collect it from there, he refused to do so and demanding it from me that to in CASH. We have paid 100% of due amount but the builder is not interested to give the possession of flat before registration of the property.He asks for 0.7% of the property value as legal fee in cash which we are not willing to pay. 0.7% of property value as legal fee is huge sum.Paying this much money in cash is not legal.My sticking to this point has resulted in delay of registration.Since i don't have possession letter issued by the builder, i am not able to claim interest for as tax benefit. In case, i am not able get the possession letter in the current financial year 2016-17,there will be huge financial loss.There are other owners also who are suffering from same fate but we are helpless.

Puranik Builders did not show us the Sale Agreement in advance and made it a lopsided one and changed the agreed purchase price. The Sale Agreement was give to us for signature at the Reagistrar's office and no changes were agreed to when protested. I had no choice to proceed because I had paid 95% of the flat price.

None of the other documents mentioned in the Sale Agreement was shown to me prior to signing the Sale Agreement. Now they are claiming initially 1.34 lakhs then gave a discount to 97000 expenses towrds Electric connectionn, water connection ( official charges I have paid seperately) STP etc. I t was a Gold rated Green buidling at the time of purchase itself and hence STP was there right from begining. Water connection and Electric condection official charges I have paid seperately. Every time they came up with seperate reasons for the charges.

For six months it has dragged on and now they are adjusting the maintenance charges for the six months from my advance though I have still not got possession letter. As per the agreement dated 27th May 2008, flat was to be handed over within 36 months of the agreement or within an extended period of 6 months i.e. Latest by November 2011.

Company is yet to hand over the possession though entire payment has been made except last payment of 4%, which is not yet demanded. Last payment was made on 21.3.2012. My enquiries about possession have got no response. I am a senior citizen, retired in March 2016, and am living in Gurgaon, paying Rs 20,000/- per month as rent.

My Booking date is November 2010 but still as per their commitment. No Late fee amount has been given to me to offer late possession. Some farmer compensation has been added in my letter which is un justify and un acceptable. I saw Flat and found that Condition of flat is not good and require lots of work to do in 7th tower. Without completing the Infrastructure. It seems that in hurry, possession has been offer with statement that Once, I pay the amount, they need 25 - 30 days to complete it which seems to be not possible at least in terms of good condition and quality of flat. STP constructed in encroached land, as per CMDA FMB drawing, when asked with the builder no answer, still status remains disputed. 2015 chennai floods, 200 feet length compound wall fell down, was later constructed in May 2016, builder agreed to give 50% the total cost of 10 lakhs, so far not paid. OSR handed over to CMDA and builder showed children park in OSR, but the residents are not enjoying the facility so far. Kindly help us to find suitable solution to these long standing issues.

I want to get this money back. Plz read this complaint board there are so many people who are suffering because of these bogus companies. Please suggest the consumer court way to extract my money back. I would be thankful to you. Syed HabeebPosted On: 2016-12-28 15:22:18 Maxworth Realty is not refunding my booking amount I had booked 4 sites under MAX ORCHARDS Phase - III with booking amount of Rs. While booking, Maxworth executives told me that the sites will be ready for registration after 8 months but almost three years passed still the booked site is not ready.

When I have applied for cancellation they told be that as per their process I have to wait for another 6 months to get the refund. But it's almost and year now, still I have not received my money.

Every time I call these guys [ Abhinandan, Girish, Roopesh ] they'll tell that in another 15 days i'll get my refund, But they never turn back. Most of the times they don't pick up the phone itself.

I have all the documents with me including the booking form / cancellation form etc. Kindly help me in getting my refund back. Thanks & Regards, Syed Habeeb.

At 'Fort Rejoice', 5B, 5'th Floor, 380 Ho Chi Minh Sarani, Kolkata - 70060. Till date there has been no progress except the initial piling work. Promoter was supposed to handover by which is impossible now. Hence, I applied for refund of the total amount that I have paid so far, Rs. 11, 58,253/- but the promoter is reluctant to refund in fact not responding to any of my written communication.

P ChandPosted On: 2016-12-15 18:09:36 I have booked plot in wave city NH-24 in 2005. In their agreement they have promised if possession is not given within 8 months then interest @ 10% shall be given on the delayed period.

Now till date they have not given possession. I have filed a case against them. Every other friend who had booked the plot in 2005-2010 can come and join me. I have filed case for payment of interest as well as allotment of plot to me. I am making a Whats App Group for all such persons and we will fight unitedly against them.

Dinesh KumarPosted On: 2016-12-15 16:20:25 I had booked a apartment E123 in Raheja Navodaya, Wazirpur Village, Sector -92, Pataudi Road, Gurgaon ( Haryana) on 6th March 2013, Developed by Raheja Developer Ltd. Later on 1st May 2013 we signed a Flat Buyer Agreement for the same apartment & I paid developer total 18 96280 before 1st June 2013.

As per the agreement Raheja Developer would have to give the possession of said apartment in 24 Months ie on 1st May 2015. However considering the grace period of 6 month it should be handover to me on 1st Nov 2015. The RDL defaulted in delivery of the possession of said flat and I am asking them for refund & compensation since Nov 2015 but I have not received any positive response received from Raheja. Later on 4th Nov 2016 I request them to cancel my allotment and refund my money along with nominal interest.

But again they denial my request stating that In case of cancellation, the company shall forfeit the earnest money together with any interest due or payable along with other amount.
