Families A product set as a 'family', can include 10 different PLUs, depending on their weight. To weigh a particular product, the module will identify -by their weight- the PLU, assigning the description, price and other associated features. Piece counting V-4000 module calculates the number of units in a container, knowing the weight of individual piece and deducting the container tare. Inventory Inputs: All weighing operations will be considered as products entries.

VD-3000 - 'Multi-purposed' weight indicators General characteristics VD-3000 is an indicator for advanced static weighing, connectable to platforms up to 4 loadcells which allows multiple useful applications for industrial management (production, logistics, quality control.). It can be connected to 2 weighing plat-forms, one directly and the second through a Dibal VD-300 Series indicator. Construction The indicator has been designed for using in industrial environments thanks to its AISI-304 stainless steel housing, protection equivalent to IP54 and temperature range from -10 º to 40 º C.

It includes support for placement on a table or wall. User interface Display: backlight graphic LCD.

Keyboard: 'qwerty' + 8 function keys (macro) + numeric keyboard + 30x2 direct keys for direct access to PLUs in memory. Easy to use: the control of functions is done through menus, navigation keys and submenus access keys. Macros: the user can memorize repetitive tasks with 8 function keys. Communications All information processed in any of the different functions, can be sent to PC via RS-232, Ethernet TCP/IP or Wi-Fi (optional), for further management use. In addition, the indicator can be connected to other equipment and devices such as scanner or printer. Orders (Clients and Suppliers) VD-3000 allows you to program up to 100 orders, for 1.000 customers/suppliers, with 100 lines each. VT-800 - PC weight indicator with touchscreen General characteristics Weight indicator built over high performance PC architecture, for connection to one weighing platform, up to 4 loadcells (optionally, connection to 2 platforms).

Construction Specially designed for industrial environments: stainless steel housing with protection equivalent to IP 65 (except cable gland: IP 54). Working temperature: from 0 º to 40 º C.
